Witches 18U Gold
Manager: Shawn Allen
For many years, the Witches 18U Gold team has been led by manager Shawn Allen. Shawn has had a long history of helping girls achieve their goal of playing at the college level. In recent years the Witches have placed numerous players in top Division I, II and III programs, including Mississippi State (SEC), St. John’s (Big East) and UPenn (Ivy).

Witches 18U Elite
Manager: Alyssa Silipino
Alyssa comes to the Witches organization with extensive knoledge as both a player and coach. She has been coaching in the competitive travel ball circuit since 2014 and has coached at the 18U and under gold level for the last two seasons. She was the assistant varsity coach at Hammonton High School from 2014 to 2016. She has since moved on to the next level and is starting her second season as an assistant coach at Stockton University. She also has experience coaching various NFCA sponsored camps, training sessions and individual offensive and defensive lessons. She was a former Witch, playing for Shawn Allen and Jeff Millington from 2007-2010, and a four year letter winner at Hammonton High School, contributing to her teams Cape Atlantic League Championships in 2007,2008, and 2009.
Aside from softball, Alyssa recieved her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education at The Mount. She is currently entering her fourth year as a Special Education teacher at Hammonton Middle School.
Coach: Lyndsey Buckley
Lyndsey Buckley was a two sport athlete at Mercer County Community College, playing two years of both softball and soccer. She currently attends Rider, where she is focusing on academics.
She was a 4-year starter at Nottingham High School’s softball program, playing outfield, second base and shortstop during her career. Along with softball she also played field hockey and soccer. After she graduated in 2012, she attended West Chester University, focusing on academics. She soon quickly found out she missed playing sports, so she decided to transfer to MCCC and resume her athletic career. She was very pleased with her decision. Lyndsey still plays co-ed softball and club soccer.
Witches 14U Futures
Manager: Rachel Gagliardo
Rachel Gagliardo was a West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South graduate, where she was a four year varsity pitcher. In addition to pitching she also played first base. In her sophomore season she was named a member of the CVC Carpenter Cup team. After suffering an injury that took her out most of her junior season, Rachel fought her way back and in her senior year was named by the Princeton Packet Player of the Year.
After an extremely successful high school career Rachel went on to attend Rowan University where she is currently a senior studying English education and Special Education. Rachel was a member of the Rowan Softball team for 3 years. During her time playing collegiate ball she attended the Division III World Series and came in third place. Rachel was a scholar athlete and was awarded Academic All-American.
Manager: Meghan Goodspeed
Megan's background is extensive in athetics having played softball, soccer and basketball at the high school level. In 2005, Megans softbal team was District State Champs with Florence. Graduating in 2015, Megan had a full-ride scholarship to Burlington County Community College. She recently graduated from Rutgers earning an MVP her senior year. She is a hard-working and dedicated retired softball player looking to help improve young girls mental and physical game in order to reach their goals.
Witches 12U Rising Stars
Manager: Brian Mayer
Brian has been a manager with the Ninjas and Witches organization since 2012. He started his softball career managing the 8U-Ninjas developing the players core skills and eventually leading the team to numerous victories. In 2017 he led the Witches 12U Rising Stars inaugural team which is comprised of many of the same players that Brian managed through 8U, 10U and now 12U.
